I own a commercial office products company which currently employs twenty-five workers. Twenty years ago (when I was younger and we had six employees) long-distance service became an open market choice. I took the first opportunity to defy authority and switch my long-distance service to a new carrier, which became the present-day LOGIX. The service conversion was seamless and saved me money. I also switched my home service.
A few years later, when local phone service was deregulated, I immediately switched both my business and home phone service to LOGIX. Again the conversion was seamless and saved me money. As we grew we added a T1 and LOGIX split it between phone and Internet service. They also began hosting our website and email services. They helped with URL acquisition and a very cool email setup which ensures that the company sees all emails even as they are delivered to individuals. The combined billing and 'no surprises' way of doing business really sets LOGIX apart.
The latest and by far greatest innovation is my LOGIX dynamically allocated T1, which feeds my growing business exactly the bandwidth needed for perfect phone service and as much Internet as possible when the phone lines are idle. Once the phones start ringing they get instant priority. At night, when we're closed, our off site backup has a full T1 of bandwidth to back up our entire network.
And guess what? That saved me money, too!

I wanted to let you know of an experience I had with one of your technical support representatives, Elbert Griffin.
Last week I was experiencing difficulty with a number of my tenants being unable to access the internet. I called your technical support team and like always, they were very courteous and professional. But because of the nature of my problem, I was put in touch with Mr. Griffin. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. He not only stayed on the phone with me while I tried to diagnose the problem but he continued to check in with me to see if the problems were resolved. Unfortunately I was running around in circles with my own IT people. He helped me diagnose every problem computer and was able to “see” remotely the tenant that was feeding the incorrect DHCP address to my other tenants. He was a miracle worker and a life saver.
LOGIX Communications is the best choice for my needs. Internet and phone line providers come and go. Each and every month other providers beat down my door for business. It is because of the attentiveness of my account manager, Angela Seymour, and support from LOGIX Customer Service that I never intend to change providers.

We have been a customer with LOGIX since shortly
after I purchased Custom Rubber Products in 2002. We were having
numerous problems with the current phone company, most notably poor
line quality and unreliable Internet service. The only thing worse
than the Internet service was the customer service when we tried to
report the troubles.

We have had a very good business relationship with
Logix for our long distance service for several years now.
Earlier this year we went with Logix Communication
as our Internet service provider. We had previously had a very bad
experience with another Internet service provider. It had taken a
heavy toll on our company and our customers because it was down most
of the time. Since switching to Logix, Admiral Linen and Uniform has
enjoyed having our Internet, email, and remote computers across the
state operational almost 100% of the time. If we experienced a
