ACCOUNT MANAGER - OUTSIDE SALES
(Positions available in: Houston, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio,
Oklahoma City, & Tulsa)

We are looking for Account Managers with a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities include servicing new and existing accounts in a systematic
way and developing proposals for technical presentations. Minimum 1 year

TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN – LEVEL II
(Houston, TX)

This position is responsible for providing accurate information to both internal and external customers on all inbound and outbound calls, utilizing trouble-shooting skills, test equipment and surveillance tools to provide expeditious resolutions.

Essential functions include (but are not limited to): Answering inbound calls from both internal & external customers to meet the needs of all customers in a timely & professional manner; Responsible for analyzing, testing and trouble-shooting quality of service internet/data issues; Confidently providing information & updates to customers experiencing quality of service issues; Working in unison with other departments & customer vendors to identify & resolve issues; Maintaining daily log of customers requiring follow up; Creating event tickets, maintaining ownership & following through to final resolution; Performing proactive customer service; Maintaining accurate records.

Successful candidate should have at least 5 years networking experience; minimum of 2 years Customer Service/IT Helpdesk experience; ability to follow SOPs, process flows & network documentation; strong understanding of TCP/IP; effective trouble-shooting skills for layer one issues & router configurations; ability to configure Adtran, Cisco & Netopia routers; ability to configure Linksys, Dlink & Netgear small business routers; understanding of IP routing, VLAN switching & IP Sub Netting; strong understanding of NAT, PAT & DHCP configurations, as well as DNS, EMail & Web hosting.

High school diploma or GED required. College degree in Telecommunications preferred. Two years Telecommunications work experience preferred.


TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - LEVEL I
(Houston, TX)

Our Level I Technical Support Technicians are responsible for providing accurate information to both internal and external LOGIX customers on all inbound and outbound calls utilizing trouble-shooting skills, as well as testing equipment and surveillance tools to provide expeditious resolutions.

Previous experience in telecom sales or customer service required. Familiarity with LOGIX products & services a plus. Detail oriented and able to self-manage, track and record daily activity. Good comprehension of telephone etiquette & office protocol, good organizational & coordinating skills.

High school diploma or GED required. College degree in telecommunications preferred. 2 years telecommunications work experience preferred. Proficient in Word & Excel applications.


CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
(Houston, TX)

Our customer care representatives handle inbound calls regarding service to our customers and billing issues. Previous inbound call center or customer service experience of at least 2 years is required and previous telecom experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED required.


ACCOUNT RELATIONS MANAGER
(San Antonio, TX)

Our Account Relations Managers are responsible for all essential job functions and expectations including, but not limited to:

Focus on increasing revenue from existing customer base while reducing customer churn; Customer account maintenance including renewing term agreements, Manage entire account base and make necessary changes; Complete adds, saves, win-backs and be on site for new customer installs. Train sales reps on 1st statement reviews; Work closely with Sales Account Managers to assist with training, motivation, lead generation and attend sales meetings; Work in structured environment including staff meetings, one-on-ones, customer visits, callings sessions, training meetings; Visit entire customer base within first 180 days of account distribution & every 6 months; Visit  Top 20 team accounts every quarter; Attend AMs first five statement reviews with new customer within 2 weeks after customer's first invoice.

Qualified candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Telecommunications industry; At least 2 years of account management experience; Experience with CISS or another internal telecom customer database system is a plus; Bachelors degree Preferred.
