IT'S A SMART START IN 2008 FOR LOGIX SMART BUILDING SERVICE

HOUSTON, TX (January 31, 2008) -Houston-based LOGIX Communications marked the close of 2007 announcing strong increases in SMART Building^SM service.  LOGIX SMART Buildings^SM are in-building networks that bring tenants immediate, easy-to-use and fully integrated business-class voice and broadband data services.

LOGIX reported a 30% increase in both SMART Building^SM coverage and access lines, ending 2007 with an in-building network of over 34.3 million sq. ft. throughout Texas and Oklahoma.  “This is a great way to ring in the New Year,” said CEO Matt Asmus.  “This milestone is a great indicator of the success of our sales efforts coupled with the outstanding service that thousands of our customers enjoy year after year.”
