If my business is moving into a new building that did not have prior phone service, how do I ensure that LOGIX can move service to the new location?
Your contractor will need to run conduit from the outside perimeter into the building from the telephone company terminal or pedestal. General contractors are familiar with this requirement. This is known as establishing entrance facilities. Providing LOGIX at least 60 days notice to plan and complete your move will ensure that enough time is allowed for any unforeseeable issues.
