Our PERFECT SERVICESM Installation process outlines what you should expect in the first weeks as a LOGIX customer.


A LOGIX field service technician will review your current phone line configuration. This typically takes 30 minutes and requires access to your telephone room; however, you are not required to be present.


We install a high-speed connection in your telephone room. This typically takes 30 minutes and does not require you to be present. These connections are sometimes referred to as T1's, DS1's, Smart Jacks or DMARCs.


A LOGIX field service technician will work alongside your network (LAN/WAN) vendor (or staff) to connect your dedicated Broadband Internet at a prescheduled time. The presence of your network (LAN/WAN) vendor (or staff) is essential to configure your network to accept LOGIX Broadband Internet. After this appointment your Internet service will be ready to use.


A LOGIX field service technician will work alongside your phone equipment vendor (or staff) to perform the cross-connects necessary to turn on your LOGIX voice service. The presence of your phone equipment vendor(s) or staff is essential. After this appointment your local phone service will be ready to use.


A member of your account team (your sales representative or Account Relations Manager) will visit during or immediately after your service installation to confirm you are 100 percent satisfied with the services that were installed – you will be pleased to know that your account team is compensated based on your long-term happiness.


A member of your account team will schedule a time to review your first full-month statement. They will compare your proposal to your first LOGIX invoice to ensure you are only paying for the services you are using and that you fully understand your LOGIX statement.
